Is the pool heated? Yes, the pool is heated for your comfort.
How many loungers are available poolside? There are 4 loungers available.
How many seats are at the bar? Up to 11 guests can be seated at the bar.
How many guests can be seated at outdoor tables? Approximately 25 guests can be seated at our outdoor tables, with the option to add 60-inch rounds if needed.
Is there surround sound throughout the property? Yes, surround sound is available across the property.
Are there high-top tables available? Yes, we have 6 high-top tables available for use.
Is Mallard Hall Estate accessible for guests with mobility needs?
Yes. The estate is equipped with an elevator and accessible pathways to ensure comfort and convenience for guests with mobility needs.
Booking & Reservations
Can I book just one night? We generally require multi-night bookings, but customized weekday reservations (Monday–Thursday) may be available upon request.
Do you offer tours of the estate before booking? Yes! Private tours are available by appointment. We encourage couples and event hosts to schedule a visit so you can experience the property in person. Contact annette@mallardhallestate.com to set up a tour.

Do you require specific vendors? Yes, we work with a curated list of professional vendors to ensure the best experience for our guests. A professional wedding coordinator is required for all weddings and large events.
Are there additional required costs? Yes, there are a few required add-ons to ensure the estate is maintained and your event runs smoothly, including:

What is the maximum guest capacity? Our estate comfortably accommodates weddings and events up to 175 guests.
Is parking available? Yes, we have onsite parking for guests and valet service. For larger weddings and events, we recommend arranging shuttles from nearby hotels.
Do you allow amplified music? Yes, amplified music is permitted within certain timeframes, in accordance with local noise ordinances.
What happens in case of rain? A tent is required for outdoor weddings and events, ensuring your celebration is beautiful rain or shine.
Can children attend weddings or events at Mallard Hall Estate? For the comfort and safety of all guests, Mallard Hall Estate is an adults-only venue. We kindly ask that you arrange alternative care for children during your event.
Do you allow pets? For the safety of our grounds and comfort of our guests, pets are not permitted, with the exception of certified service animals.
General Policies
Is smoking permitted?
Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Outside alcohol is not permitted. All bar services must be arranged through our approved vendors.
Do you have Wi-Fi available?
Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
